Teacher pages on school websites are an amazing tool to help students, parents, and teachers to stay informed and effectively communicate. Twitter might be helpful in my future career as an educator in that I could create an account for classroom updates and important information.  The term digital divide is defined as the gap between individuals who have access to technology and those individuals who do not. This divide is especially present within the educational communities. Those students who do not have access to technology suffer by not being able to participate in a very digitally centered environment (online classes). Some causes of digital divide is the lack of access to those who cannot afford certain technologies experience. As a future educator, I would try to implement a system of educationa...
